I had one break in the head also. They were able to get it out without lifting the cab or anything crazy. I think they ran a heli coil or something in it after soaking overnight with penatrant.
If you loose the same one a second time (not likely) it’s a sign if put with a slow coolant loss and a little white smoke at start up that you have a seeping head gasket. In which case Titan polymer sealers not available in stores see there site has a viable solution. It’s made fresh for you because it has a short shelf life to be mixed & used.
