    The vanes on the turbocharger are closing to increase pumping losses. Same as Ford Powerstroke or GM Duramax. This is very common on diesel engines, FCA made a mistake by not incorporating it from factory.

    Glow plug issue

    Ohm out the glow plug, should be 0.7-1.2 ohms. Also ohm out with glow harness to make sure wiring is correct.

    What you want to do has not been done before. The stock turbo with added second turbo is at 450hp, 700ftlb. If you add in the Green Diesel single turbo with the compound, it should be able to reach 500 hp on stock fuel system...for a while. It is a big investment and would recommend starting...

    The EcoDiesel vehicles have both - ECM is under the hood, TCM is inside the transmission. Our tunes for both remedy this issue, you're in 8th gear generally from 53mph at worst depending on vehicle config. 8th gear to your heart's content.
