Yep, the 3 inch lift and 35 inch tires will account for your mileage. A tune will liven up your engine.
I have 10 ply tires and a leveling kit with a tune and I average around 23 to 24.
Very odd that you would have customer service issues with GDE. They are well known for their products and customer service. Following this thread and hopefully you get an easy resolution.
I was one of the last batch of customers to get the original tune from GDE. I went back to purchase the GDE trans tune at a later date and they were not selling any tunes at that time. Since then GDE has developed the tune they currently offer.
I have been running a GDE tune since 2019. It is an older version that is no longer available.
I also have a transmission tune from SKT also bought in 2019. Both have been great since I installed them.
Many run the GDE epa compliant tune. The companies reputation is top notch and if emissions testing is a thing in your area it is a great option. Mr. Tuning @ Eco Owners Canada (EOC) is another option if you are looking for your "off road only" needs. :)

Well we can add a 2015 Bighorn (SLT) to the list that has all the wiring for remote start.
I installed the factory hood latch with wiring and programmed 2 keys as I stated above.
Then I used this process:
Body Computer- Car configuration change
Remote start present- yes
CBC I/O hood ajar switch...
Well it took me a while to a a round tuit but since starting this I have installed the new hood latch and successfully programmed 2 keys. I will be going through the activation process for remote start soon. I really don't like the boosted motorsports video... "go here", "go there", "click...
