Here is a question for tuners.. if were to buy an SKT engine tune installable with their touch screen flash tool could It be used to take out, store, and reinstall the GDE tune from the GDE replacement ECM?

Most people only have purchased one tune so it is really hard to have an opinion on which one is best! I am super happy with my GDE but have nothing to actually compare it too. Maybe there is a better one? who knows. I haven't read that anyone is "unhappy" with theirs.

Caveman, I would do the simple things first but am assuming you already did given your experience: Check the oil try and reset the counter yourself. It probably just didn't get reset. Let us know if the light went off.

Gotcha, Maybe that was early on? I have had mine installed for quite a while and can't see why I would need service from them. It should work as long as it is installed in my truck as far as I know unless it got flashed over. I am neither condemning or praising them just wondering.
