I think the sensor is good. You need to once again clean the MAP sensor and then remove and clean the EGR diffuser tube. Then go for a ride on the highway for an hour. Clean it up quick before you have to pay for a dealership regen. I would suspect you also have a leaking EGR cooler. Check...
I have my GDE ECM and a factory ECM. Once i get the settlement flash on the factory ECM I will swap it back...maybe in the parking lot. I hope you give lots of good feedback on the PPEI tune!
That reflash for the airbags was to the body control module - I asked GDE before I did it - no harm
The reflash likely will pour even more exhaust back through the EGR

I got an email some months back (sorry, deleted it) from Jessica Thompson, the attorney for Hagens Berman. She outlined the case update and said don't sell now (between the date of the settlement agreement and the date of software update) or you would get nothing. But you can ask them...
They will make you pay up front and file for reimbursement after the order is finalized and you update your software. But you can call FCA and ask them to open a case. Maybe they will help you out.

I am at about 77k and have never had...
I get 28 on the highway with the GDE tune. My wife took it to Virginia a couple times and the computer said 32 mpg. I have the HFE version with the tonneau cover and the step rails and the cheap bumper that gets the best mileage. Its a hose out special with vinyl upholstery but it is my...
