Change your oil and filter every 10k, fuel filter every 20k, and rotate your tires at oil changes. Check your coolant level weekly and note it's level. Keep it at the seam (cold). There is a recall on the EGR coolers right now so if you are losing coolant it may be repaired for free. May check...

There are options out there that will wake up the truck. Tunes from PPEI, SFT, GDE, etc will do the trick. There is also the Pedal Commander, which eliminates a lot of the lag you experience. Install these at your own risk tho as a dealership may deny you warranty work because of them. Kind of...
