    Fuel filter drain procedure

I'm yet to get any water out of mine. Maybe it's because I change my filter every 18k and fill up at select fuel stations. But good info.

    Engine oil Bypass filter

Had my ecm tuned before I installed my flo pro race pipes. No codes or issues. My fuel economy has gone up about 1.7 mpg after tuning and deleting. I've tried two different tunes the two most popular tuning companies for our ecodiesels. There are both excellent you cant really go wrong either way.

    Engine oil Bypass filter

The dealership is required to include any modifications to the vehicle. When they submit the warranty claim. Some well turn a blind eye but thats just asking for trouble on there behalf. Personally I just threw my warranty away I'd rather the dealership not touch it anyways. My truck has no...

    Engine oil Bypass filter

Fca is who makes warranty decisions not individual dealerships. The best thing would be to install it yourself. Then remove it if something were to happen.

    Eco Diesel Exhaust Filter issues

    Engine oil Bypass filter

The easiest way to install a bypass oil filtration system (Amsoil's is the best imo) would be to use the diagnostic port on the passenger side head for the oil supply. Or you could install an aftermarket oil cooler setup and use Amsoil's dual remote bypass system.

    Flash ECM

Your truck most likely needs the fuel filter replaced and was experiencing a low fuel pressure issue. In order to figure out what exactly was happening we need the exact code that was stored in your pcm.

    Rear Air Ride Only?

Before you hook up to your trailer inflate the air bags to 35psi. Then once your trailer is fully hooked up air them down to achieve level.

    Map Sensor

Avoid brake clean it hardens the plastic and makes it brittle. They make special cleaners that are inexpensive for the task instead.

    Leveling Kit

The two wheels drive trucks have shocks inside the coils instead of a coil over deisgn. But luckily for you they make coils spacers to level 2wds as well. Daystar makes some, four wheel parts is a dealer for them that well be able to hook you up.

Bio diesel vs non bio/mpg and oil change frequency?

I run a B20 blend that is an average of 30 cents a gallon less expensive. Than all the other stations around. I'll list below my averages with both. The statistics are over the last 28k on my truck. 16220 miles on straight diesel the rest is a B20 blend. Diesel = 17.32 mpg...

    Error P203e and Overheating

Running a Tune, and going to a dealer?

Gde has a $50 reflash fee and PPEI is free but either way the downtime mailing your pcm sucks.

    Eco Diesel Exhaust Filter issues

There is likely an issue causing your truck to not complete or perform regens properly. It could be an underboost issue or something else. In order to get a better idea we would need the codes that your truck is throwing.

    Oil change without flash

The updates include changes to your tcm, shifting patterns and rpm. Also changes the oil algorithm for oil life. My best guess is because T6 drops viscosity faster than most other 5W-40 oils. But regardless your engine well be fine changing oil viscosity to then updated spec without any updates...

I'm another new one coming in

First thing we need to know, what temp are you talking about. I'm guessing coolant temperature? If that's the case your oil is probably well into the 270 range. Now there are a couple possibilities, one is the egr cooler is failing if so your coolant reservoir well be low. Two is your water pump...

    Rear diff oil

NOTES: (1) Add 5 oz of Mopar limited-slip additive (MS-10111).

    Rear diff oil

Differentials should be changed every 20k if using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, per your owners manual. Now the transmission is a lifetime fluid. But I'd recommend no longer than 60k between fluid and filter changes.
