    CEL's P2BA9(new) and P20EE(again)

I wonder if the line joints are failing, not giving the injector enough pressure to fully do its job... deff interesting it’s leaving spots under the truck. Times like this makes me wish everyone lived closer so we could team up and check out these issues and brainstorm.

    CEL's P2BA9(new) and P20EE(again)

They make a device to check the fluid to make sure it’s still good, but I wonder if your nozzle isn’t bad internally.

How old is your def fluid?

Advanced auto parts, auto zone, and napa to name a few have one you can stop in and use!

    Regen light on

If you can get ahold of a code reader, that will better direct you to a solution. Modern vehicles are a lot more sophisticated than before and normally the code will pinpoint you to the correct fix. You can replace the entire emissions system for around 5-8k $ but if it’s just the def injector...

    Stuck rotor

That should just be a dust shield

    Stuck rotor

What confuses me is, that shaft has a spot for a clip to hold it into the diff... do these years not have those clips?

    Stuck rotor

Yeah that should pop off. I’d grab it tight in your hand with the rest of the axle hanging and hit the cv knuckle with a hammer.

    Regen light on

    What was the actual code?

    Stuck rotor

Maybe the splined end for the pumpkin comes out? I noticed mine have a lot of play when they go into the front diff but I don’t have any odd noises or clicking lol

    Dpf delete

I think hd diesel will ship to you. I’m not sure though.

    Stuck rotor

Normally the fronts fall right off, I don’t think mine had holding screws on them, normally one good whack on the top and on the sides gets EM! Sounds like a bigger hammer may be in order 😎

    Help needed after delete/tune

It sounds to me like your tune needs to be reconfigured

    Exhaust Full?

Welcome! You will either need to take it to the dealer, or download alfaobd and force a regen. Do you have any codes in your computer?

    Catch Cans

These engines are a pain and riddled with sensors. I get a p04db code, (crank case ventilation disconnected) when my truck shifts into second and I’m pulling a load ever since I upped my tire size since my transmission clutch values think I’m still turning 32’s when I’m really turning 35’s so...

If I recall correctly the engine will throw a code

    New to the ED

The tune is pretty much an order online put in yourself type setup. I’m running sofaking tune, others recommend hd diesel, gde tuning, and I believe there’s one more. For the actual delete parts a quick google search will give you a few options. I ordered my parts from eBay and the egr stuff...

Code P249C help!, what does this mean

Welcome! I haven’t had this issue but hopefully someone on here can help!!

    New to the ED

Welcome! A tune and removal of the egr and exhaust straight pipe seem to do the trick for the most reliable life of the motor. The factory emissions setup allows soot to be recirculated into the intake and throughout the motor. This engine does not like stop and go traffic or short trips so try...

    Ram EcoDiesel Oil Change Information

As long as it’s the correct weight and has the correct additives I would not be too concerned but being a dealer I would think that they would put back engine specified oil
