Something is screwy with that oil life monitor. Has it been reset? I thought it was just a numerical countdown from last reset. How many kms on your current oil and filter change? I would ride it out to YOUR desired interval, change oil & filter, reset the OLM and then see how it acts. Anyhow...

Doesn't work that way. The 'tune' is bench flashed to the ECM. You can't just update it through the OBD port. You actually swap them out. Although you could have a backup GDE tuned ECM, but it'll cost you. Total would be 2 tunes AND a spare ECM which aren't cheap either. Please correct me if...
