The replacement oil coolers, are they the exact same design as the original?? Seems like FCA would address it's design flaws and revise. Hard to believe if not....

I would definitely keep the scoops. I can't verify their effectiveness through real world tests, but leaving them in them seems to be your best bet on maintaining OEM air flow with an aftermarket grille.
I've have BFGs too and they are hard to beat. Only knock on them is when the tread is worn, you might as well be running slicks. Whereas the Nittos seem to still have decent grip all the way to the end. JMO.
Some people don't like them because they fair poorly in the mud, but I ran 2 sets of Nitto Terra Grapplers on my Chevy and was more then happy with the wear, winter/wet traction, and noise. Just another option...
That is pretty darn good. Was that hand calc'd? I've read where the evic only records the last 200 or 300 miles in displaying the avg mpg. That's why if you've left the trip B as a lifetime mpg marker, as I have, it's always very very close to a tanks worth mpg.
Rear view camera IMO. I don't have the park assist bumpers, which I'm glad for, but the camera is probably the most useful 'option' that I have.
Also a big fan of the power sliding rear window.
Edit* - both of which are probably standard on the Laramie, not sure.
Personally I would just stick with spraying up under the inside lip and not over the rails. And reuse plastic caps. Reason I say this, is because should your bedside need repainted, you'll never get a good clean transition against the over the rails bedliner spray. Happened on my last truck and...
