Try removing the negative battery cable for a bit. Otherwise, it might be a defective unit and/or need a software update. I remember someone having a similar problem and a software update resolved the issue for whatever reason.
If you're under warranty take advantage of it. :)
Welcome.. It's just bad luck I guess. I've seen no info that would tell me Ram is working on it, or even acknowledges the issue. At least you have warranty that will take care of it for you.

There's only a few tools out there that will do it once it reaches 100% from memory, and the dealer is one of the few that has the tool. Luckily I've never experience that..
