No, but I've used 3M automotive in the past with no issues. It was a few years ago, but I would imagine it still works fine. :)

Ram announced they will continue with the EcoDiesel engine in the all new 2019 Ram Trucks. A spokesman said the engine will be available in late 2019, or early 2020

Agreed. Customer service means so much with electronics.. anything can go wrong. I'd recommend Crutchfield.com if you can find something there.. usually they are top notch, even with tech support.

That's correct. :) I'm saying, it shouldn't be that expensive for a tech to hook up the computer and force a regen in the shop. But that's my opinion.. i've been told I'm cheap so theres that...

Welcome Gary, not to pile on here, but that's highway robbery to do a forced regen. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of the issue. Generally the truck will warn you when your close.. I've never seen it but that's because my driving style allows me to regen often.

Sorry to see you go. But thanks for the update. I would say your comments are pretty much inline with what I see as well.

Welcome! likely not, and most folks that do the "deletes" live in a area that doesn't do emissions testing.
