Please list the model year, mileage and if you have had any major issues. What the issues were and at how many miles.

I'll start:

2016
62000 miles
Leaking EGR cooler @ 62000 miles
2015
185,000
Coolant leak at 90,000
3 different glow plugs
Other than that, running like a new truck with 60hp tune and trans tune.

2014 Grand Cherokee Limited, 150k miles.

replaced SCR at ~ 20,000 (warranty, took 5 days)
Oil leak, replaced oil pan (warranty)
standard emissions recall, new software sucked, installed Mr tune
Lower coolant hose burst (no warranty, $1,000)
Intake manifold replaced, sticking swirl valves (warranty, 7 days)
EGR Cooler replaced (warranty)
Turbo coolant return hose burst while towing (warranty, stranded away from home for 5 days)

Believe it or not, still love it.... but with the emissions settlement warranty extension now expired I am very nervous and plan on trying to nurse it along for one more year then get something new.

Go with Cummins, less cost in maintenance, ease of replacement and parts availability.. I today received 3 notices of price increases....IMO greatly impacted by GOV involvement in private businesses operations.

221000, just did the rear end rebuild, now replacing the turbo cooling line, and had all the “warranty” stuff done. Truck runs strong daily driver and pulls my 6000 pound camper. Took camper to Alaska from Ohio 17000 miles averaged 16 miles to the gallon. Yes I went through the mountains from Oregon to the Yukon.

That's really great.
I posted my 2015 as getting 15.4 mpg in 2019 after traveling from SC to Glacier NP and back down through Mex/Tex and the southern route and no one would believe I could get that kind of milage pulling a 7200 lb. camper. But these trucks are real work horses and I love it!

My 2015 has 86K with no issues yet.

I drive at 5 mph over the speed limit. That includes going up the mountains!

I drive the same as you. When the transmission shifts down, I often let off of the throttle slightly and let the truck up-shift to use the torque of the engine versus letting it run at higher RPM. Diesel's are all about low engine speed (& torque) and not higher RPM use.

I have 320000 Kilometer on mine or 200k miles. Just did the tone ring and the intake manifold is junk.
its a great on tow mileage but not as good as my 6.0L ford diesel with same trailer in tow, but in town the mileage is unbelievable.

2017 bighorn purchased used from dealership with 20k. Now has 60k with no issues. I do oil and filter change every 7-8k. I have bds 4 “ lift and tore through 2 front drive shafts before I was told vehicle shouldn’t be lifted. 1st one replaced by warranty second one replaced by $500 drive shaft with a knuckle. Running 35’s by nitto grappler and getting 18-20 mpg hwi. Hot shot edt fuel additive every other tank. Great truck, has to last because wife won’t let me get another truck for a long time. Lol
