    Trigger Pulled

Weird I got no outage message. But you don't tie into the taillight harness. There is a single wire under the truck just for a camper shell brake light. It just kinda sticks out of the trailer brake and rear wire harness. That way there is no additional voltage draw from the taillight affecting...

    Finally Some New Shoes.

If I guy didn't have a different scanner and had interest in one a cs2 goes for just over 200 to a new jet customer though and a cts2 only 330

Well an edge is between 300 and 430 depending which model. And I already have torque pro on my phone to monitor all that stuff when and if I ever feel it necessary. And to clear codes. I wanted something I could plug in, correct the Tire size, and be done. 144$ through some shopping around was...

    Trigger Pulled

I just have 2 2x4's with eye bolts that I stand in the bed and lift the shell with my back and slip them under one at a time. Then rig it up to the matching ceiling mounts with ratchet straps and I'm good to go. I have the air suspension so it's especially easy for me, I put in offroad 2 and...

    Finally Some New Shoes.

Yeah but sometimes the local guys just can't compete with the price of online retailers. This was a fair example. Would've been 322 per Tire local plus disposal and tax so 1400 and I'd still be short the 200 speed calibrator

    Trigger Pulled

I went through a couple bed covers before finally getting a shell, took a little bit to rig up my garage ceiling to take the shell off myself if ever necessary but well worth it. Takes about 25-30 minutes! Not too shabby. Enlight Auto makes a great system for the truck. It is tedious to install...

    Trigger Pulled

Sweet! Last we heard the 2017's were tied up for some reason or another. Depends on personal preference but a bed cover tends to be #1 on the new truck priority list. Upgrading your headlights. The halogen bulbs in the headlights are terrible. HID retrofit is a great upgrade with the factory...

Do you have the quad headlights or the factory projector housing? I upgraded to an HID (xenon) bulb and ballast system in my factory projector housing and it is 250% improvement

It is a safety feature but it's not required in the states. But it is in Canada. So Canadian sold vehicles all have the code enabled. USA sales are written but not activated codes.

    Winter MPGs.

Well yes and no to the greater warmup time. Diesel's hardly generate heat at idle. Winter fronts help significantly. I average out about 22 in the summer, maybe 19 in winter but I've got young children so I idle more heating up the cab than some people. And I'm at the Canadian Border in...

    Finally Some New Shoes.

Tires showed up this afternoon, me being all giddy skipped out of Work and bumped up my appointment at the Tire Shop to today. 275/65/20 cooper STT Pro. factory 20x9" longhorn rim. Factory 4 corner air. Hypertech speed calibrator (oddly set at 33.0" though the factory setting was off and is...

    Key fob issues

Well what is your driving nature and commuting? Is the ecodiesel truly fitting for you or would you be happy in a gasser? I guess whatever incentives from the dealer could sway me one way or another. But then again 20k miles a year and expecting the longevity of a diesel plus the MPG return...
