Thanks for the info...I have not experienced the regen activity, or just didn't know what it was, I guess the additive some guys report pouring in the tank is to reduce the regens...?
running the 2-1/2 front end lift the dealer put on and switching to 285/65 20's my mileage only dropped 1-2 mpg...these tires are great and I really like the new ride height..however the stock shocks are having a little trouble managing the extra tire....they were clearly mated to the Wrangler...
Thank you for the welcome...really interested in the GDE tune...trying to figure out if it will reset all levels to zero...like oil life etc and if the dealer will detect that since I have not had a oil change yet...I'm sure there's a thread in here all about GDE and will look around....great site!
One thing I had the dealer do before I drove it off the lot was to put the front end lift kit in it,( no air suspension)...as it sat.. the front end rake had the air dam so low it would not clear a parking block...KO2 285 20s lifted the truck another 3/4 inch and the ride height is perfect now...
same deal, bag o nuts...no lock...had to call the dealer service center while I was in to get new tires fitted....the socket lock was zip tied to the jack....
Hi all from Az..just got my first Diesel anything last month, 4k on it and totally impressed with this truck, last was a loaded 2003 Avalanche Z71 4wd..190,000 miles of faithful service,...all my buddies at the range driving Rams..had to look forward and traded...not looking back....trying to...
