just traded a Laramie 4x4 with AFE cold air intake..level kit (Bilsteins adjusted up 2.5)..rear Air bags lift to 10lbs and ARE Z Shell and BFG KO2s 285/65-20s..best overall avg is 22+
70 town 30% hiway...was 24+ before lift and tires
Just brought this one home last night, tires to come, BDS 4 inch with Bilstein struts on the front set at 2.0..and 3 inch coils on the back....the Laramie follows this next week with the exact same kit, only it will be shoed with 285x65x20 KO2s (similar in to a 35 in dimensions), will post pics...
Well, I would not have done it otherwise...too risky...but I got 1 trucks kit installed for free as part of the trade conditions, there were issues with the level kit THEY installed on the front end of the 2015 when I bought it, 5 trips to the dealer and another new system installed, same...
I am having this done to 2 EcoDiesel 4x4s as you read this, at the dealer, one is a Laramie 4x4, the other is a Bighorn 4x4, both with 3.92 rear, I have 100,000 mile full coverage warranties on both for security. The dealer guarantees driveline warranty coverage remains intact if they install it...
This just tells me they tweaked the ECM to satisfy the EPA and CARB and the data is not flowing out the ODB that we need and blocked out the PIDS I had loaded.
I heard others with 2016s the Edge works the same as on my 2015. Oh well great while it lasted, kinda in remorse over letting that fine...
Dang, I did not check with Edge before I traded my 15, if I had known....no deal..(n)...although after 2 and half years of flawless running on the Edge with 2015,...it is weird being in the dark again without the MAF- EGTs and regen %
Just traded my 2015 EcoD laramie last for the same in 2017....did a update on my CTS2...plugged it into the new 2017...regen menu in diagnostics is gone...new 2017 ecm must be blocking this now.
I do it before i start my truck.. Edge is set to beep when it hits 55% giving me plenty of time to enable manually if I need to, or just let it start on its own.
Yea, 33000 miles not one code tossed...they got this one right, but they are offering no charge for a 4 in lift..( this because the level kit on my Laramie still makes noise after replacing it and 4 trips in)..plus moving my bed kit..ARE Z cap..AMP steps..AFE intake, and rear airbag system to...
Roger that to the Mobile, stop truck, enable manual regen from Diagnostics screen, key on-off-on....away you go. Starts in the first few miles or so of driving typically on mine.
I have a 2015 Laramie Ecod 4x4 fully loaded and they are trying to get me to trade it, only since my Sons Nissan truck was rear-ended last week and totaled, so we are helping him into a 2017 Bighorn Eco 4x4, they want to offer the moon to get my 2015, but it is fully loaded, lift, ARE Z shell...
Just turned 25k on my 2015 ED Laramie 4x4 with 3.92 rear end, lifted on 285-75-20's BFG KO2s,...no problems, no errors, no codes,...getting 21 in town tops. Highway a little better, 23 or so.....Great truck...
I agree the city driving ..work n back only always seems to end up in regen during rush hour..nice with the CTS2 is starting a regen manual..early ..when I can get a good burn out...always hits at 65% on the CTS2 and pretty quik if my speed and egts are kept up .nice unit...so at least I know...
