Coolant Leak in Back of engine.

I paid $1,200.00 for the dealer to install the cooling line. I still had my EGR cooler then, but now no more soot, cooler engine temps, more power, no def, wish I had done the delete day 1.

Lets do a class action on recall W58 defective tone ring

There is no way to contact FCA about getting reimbursed for a recall that your vehicle vin doesn’t fall within range. I’ve called, and filled out info, contacted dealerships etc… we are simply screwed. How do we go about the class action suit ?

Lets do a class action on recall W58 defective tone ring

I did get the AEM recall and refund. I’ve contacted FCA and the two dealers involved but have gotten nowhere. I paid over 2k for the tone ring replacement, any advice who exactly to contact.

    Transmission

Exactly what mine said and exactly when I changed mine. Now I’m starting to have issues at 180k, when it downshifts from 3rd to 2nd it stumbles and missis the gear. Anyone else having any issues with the ZF like this?

Lets do a class action on recall W58 defective tone ring

Count me in. Mine was over $2000 at Arrigo Dodge in west palm beach. My vin didn’t fall in the range of recalls. Horseshit.

Coolant Leak in Back of engine.

Nonsense. Mine never overheated either I kept topping it off until I had the dealer diagnose it. They had it for a week before they told me they couldn’t get the part, so I supplied a used one from E bay.

    Turbo hissing and power loss

Yes…. But in a very tight spot accessible from the bottom. They offered to just reinstall it and put the cab back on, but at 170k and a new turbo already in hand I opted to do it anyway. We also did the delete and retune + 40 hp. I wish I had done the delete years ago. BTW mine is a 2016, 4x4...

Coolant Leak in Back of engine.

Yes, exact same issue, it runs directly under the intake manifold, there is a short piece of hose in between both metal ends, I paid 1500.00 but the dealership couldn’t find the part for a week, I got one on eBay and they used it.

    Turbo hissing and power loss

I had the same thing happen but after the whistling it became extremely loud and underpowered, at about 170k, my local shop thought the turbo went bad. So I bought an OEM replacement, they pulled the cab off of the truck only to find that a sensor in the exhaust manifold/pipe had unthreaded...

Coolant leak externally from back off engine

EGR leaks are common but bad. There is a recall on it for that, but the dealerships can’t get the parts. I had mine deleted all together. Runs cooler, more power, no more Def. Your leak could also be the turbo cooler line under the intake manifold, I also had that, they couldn’t get that part...

What's the best ecodiesel tune today for "EGR shutoff" but keeping equipment installed?

I forgot, I can say that I bought a new tune from GDE after the class action lawsuit money came in, and successfully installed it then, I still have the tuner.

What's the best ecodiesel tune today for "EGR shutoff" but keeping equipment installed?

I picked up 40hp, lost all turbo lag, engine runs 15 degrees cooler, no def, and it even has a sweet exhaust note.
