    Fuel pressure Regulator

FCA Fuel control actuator, it has the same meaning as FPR. If debris is found (Metal) you will need to replace or clean everything form fuel tank to Injectors...$$$$. If no debris found its likely your electronic LV. VM 3.0 is not the power plant to own if you're NOT (HPCR) Diesel seasoned, It's...

EGR question - stupidly simple solution?

That worked until thermo-couplers are used to detect the EGR exhaust temps. VM 3.0 has one just after ERG Valve, thus when the Temps don't measure up, then it triggers codes CEL.

    Don't know what to do

Is this used for DD? if so buy gas. It's a Hero/Zero engine, it will soon be completely out of production the value will drop and the cost of repairs will skyrocket in long term ownership.

    New to the EcoDiesel community

You need Alfa and OBDII to place the vehicle in Stationary De-soot.. Did you do any research on VM 3.0 before purchase? IMO in DD use your problems will continue... this is NOT the engine to relied on for DD use..If you take this problem to dealer expect $2K+ bill.

It's a hyperbole, Some promote that using any other ratio than 33/67 the DEF system will self-destruct or the environment will cease to allow life to co-exist.

    Catastrophic failure

The bar is so Low that a Motor that has 80K is considered good, Yep it's a blessing! it's been OK IMO, NO VM 3.0 is issue free, the settlement, ALL the recalls, alone disqualified the VM 3.0 from claiming its issue free.
