Yeah mostly light hotshot kind of work. Not the ecodiesels target market, regardless I think these things are far from the absolute piles of crap they're being made out to be.
there's a few ecodiesels north of 200k+ and at least one over 300k, seems like the longevity is based more on how you use it than anything, which is true with all diesel engines
no pickups come with them and I'm not really sure that they do much, mine came with a slot for it already so I put one in, not sure what sort of difference I should see if any and or how often to change it
30ft is getting awful big for a half ton, it can do it though, just how regularly are we talking? Once every so often and you'll be fine, every weekend and I'd probably look at a heavy duty pickup or a Ford super duty
I say the next generation is a bunch of man bun wearing want something for nothing pussies, if they want better they're gonna have to work, something they don't like hearing, they just want everything for free and already done
I think Ford is gonna eat it up, the Superduty is killing it in the HD sector and the F150 already out sells everything else, if fuel prices stay resonable or sky rocket the F150 will have something for every one and then some
Only it does kind of matter, cause we're all potentially stuck with a truck that doesn't meet emissions, I love my pickup, but I'm jumping on the ford bandwagon when their half ton comes out
Yeah unfortunately being in the diesel game pretty much since I've been able to drive the aftermarket always seems to have a better tune for every platform, the thing is the factory has to make something that complies with emissions and noise levels and many other criteria that the aftermarket...
Yes, very helpful for warming up. My mileage seems to be up slightly and truck seems a bit more snappy than in stock form. Not going to win any drag races by any means, but definitely an upgrade
