Eco Diesel Oil to use in 3.0 Eco-Diesel

I pay $55 as well. Great deal, as far as I’m concerned. Being the manufacturer recommendation, T6 Rotella is the only real choice, especially if you’re under warranty.

I’m sorry to hear that man. FCA really needs to step up to the plate already...

    Contact with SofaKing!!!!

I don’t know much about them but, they seem to be receiving more business than they anticipated....manageable growth will always be a challenge for small businesses. I’d stress patience brother. Their product speaks for itself! Once Chris and Jimmy got back to me, they were nothing but patient...

    My adventure with SofaKingTuned

That’s good to hear! I’m loving the SFT trans tune, so far. It shifts so much smoother.

    Contact with SofaKing!!!!

If you leave a voicemail, they’ll get back to you within a day or two. Less than ideal, but, the only way I was able to communicate with them.

Give them a call. They are some of the most helpful guys in the diesel game, IMHO. I’m sure they’ll explain.

    My adventure with SofaKingTuned

When you plug in our make/ model, it says not compatible. You bring up a good point though...I wonder if exhaust parts are interchangeable. My bad.

    My adventure with SofaKingTuned

This is for the 5.7 Banks makes a muffler/ resonator delete kit in dual and single outlet. It’s expensive. Better off going to an exhaust shop.

^Nail on the head! Just can’t relax in the damn thing lol.

January 2020 Poll: Would you purchase your EcoDiesel again?

Though I love my truck, I wouldn’t purchase an Eco Diesel again. For a little more, you can find great deals on a used 4th Gen Cummins, etc. There are too many design flaws in this engine that, quite frankly, have yet to be addressed.

    EGR install help

You’ve got it right. The lower coolant hose runs to the hardline. Be it stock or delete, that location never changes.

You have to tune, if you’re going to delete. As pcatoe stated, SFT and HD are your best options.

    Intake Manifold Removal

Hello All! I want to remove my stock intake manifold and clean it up. Is this a fairly straight forward process? It appears to be as simple as removing 8 or so bolts. Is there anything I should know, beforehand? Thanks in advance!
