The EGR Cooler is covered under FCA recall VB1. There appears to be significant wait time so you might take it in sooner than later. My cooler failed at 82k...so I deleted. This forum is a treasure trove of good information, either way.

To anyone interested, I’m selling all of the above components, post delete. I’m in the Evans, GA area, for local pick-up. Full disclosure, the EGR Cooler was leaking...hence the delete. Open to trades and offers. Not looking for much.
I appreciate the feedback gentlemen. I spoke with an honest FCA tech today and he reinforced what y’all are saying. Apparently, he was familiar with the shop I worked with and knew for a fact they use the same MS in their OAT that FCA does.
The delete process is pretty straight forward, albeit a PITA. If I could offer any advice, block off the rear EGR uplift tube...don’t attempt to remove it. I broke bolts flush in the block and paid a pretty penny to have the truck towed and the bolts extracted. I purchased my kit from HD Diesel...

I had my truck towed as I broke EGR bolts flush that needed extracting. The shop told me they successfully extracted the bolts and threw on my block off plate. Does this look kosher?
