Hey thanks. They met my expectations and my wife & kids love em so well worth it.
Install was a lil more time consuming then what I expected. Ran into a couple different problems.
One being AMP "just learned" these trucks need to relocate a wiring harness under the drivers side door...
Also got my WeatherTech floor mats in. These are the all season $99 ones. Not the digital fit. Pretty good fit. For the front you need to remove the OEM mat holders. It's just a clip. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and pop it open.
Edit- no need to take out mat holders. There's a place to...
I would too. And I think a simple level of the front end (UCAs & bilstein 5100s) will do the trick. Keeping OEM size tires & wheels with a level shouldn't hurt much in the MPG category if at all. It is on my to do list.
Will do. I received the correct ones (plug & play) Monday, and am going to tackle the install sometime between tomorrow & Sunday.
*Gotta give props to Autoanything.com for a very fast & easy replace/return process.
Lol yes it. Remember, I'm coming from a 14mpg Yukon DD. So maybe I'm a bit over enthused for the EcoD's mileage. Still tho, that's awesome numbers I think. And it's just gonna get better.
That's true on any truck. And then the question is has everything been adjusted for the new tire size in order to calculate the mpgs? I suppose on these trucks a flash is required to update the CPU?
