    Ecodiesel engine change

Here's my experience with SFT: 01 - I strongly supported SFT since its beginning. 02 - I have used their ECU & TCU (Rally) tunes since 06/2019. 03 - My dealer completed the FCA W58 (tonewheel) flash. 04 - 6/9/21, I paid SFT $50.00 for their updated W58 tunes. 05 - I Received the SFT W58 update...

Wanted OBD2 Tool With Forced DPF Regen

I was just trying to help the guy, he seems new to the ways. If you don't like that, so be it.

Contact the companies that sell or make devices. Search on Google. Search on other Ram forums.

Wanted OBD2 Tool With Forced DPF Regen

I'm only familiar with AlphaOBD which only does a stationary regen. I have never tried it but there are several reports across the forums of owners using it successfully. Don' know if any were with 2022s.

Wanted OBD2 Tool With Forced DPF Regen

You merely select the Regen item (I forget the actual nomenclature) to start a regen. It will tell you it will regen on the next ignition (or something like that). The next time you drive the truck and it reaches the proper temp the regen starts. The easiest and simplest procedure of all. I...

Wanted OBD2 Tool With Forced DPF Regen

The CTS3 has no regen procedure for the Eco or the 6.7

Dpf 100% full, won't go away after forced regen

AlphaOBD and Edge CTS2 will do it. There are others but I don't know enough to know which ones for sure. Alpha does a stationary regen, Edge starts a regen on the next ignition. Both require the truck to get up to a certain temp before the regen starts. And I don't know if either will do the...

Thanks, no offense at this end.

Dpf 100% full, won't go away after forced regen

The pin positions to shunt lay between the white numbers. There are no pins to the left or right of the numbers. I don't know how that could be misinterpreted.

If it shuts down and won't let you restart, here's how to start it.

CEL and Service Electronic Throttle Control Message, Limp Mode But No Codes??

Thanks. Sounds reasonable. Yes, that coolant line can be troublesome. It's a hard decision as there are high milers that have not had that line fail.

CEL and Service Electronic Throttle Control Message, Limp Mode But No Codes??

A great idea. Did you have the dealer or an independent do it? Mind sharing the cost?

    Ecodiesel engine change

I suggest you avoid SFT and get the MRT tune via EOC. If you decide to go with SFT you've been warned.

    Hi I’m mitchell

Welcome to the forum. I don't have an answer but I have a suggestion. You own a Ram Ecodiesel, not a Dodge echo diesel

    Which Tuner to go with

MRT via EOC is the only acceptable one that meets your criteria.

CEL and Service Electronic Throttle Control Message, Limp Mode But No Codes??

What I understand is there was a batch of defective tone wheels. They were installed in 2014-2016 trucks, however, those years also got good tone wheels installed. Ram has no record of what trucks got the defective products but claims that only those year trucks were affected. See W58 Recall...

    A Forum's Personality

This forum has been primarily activity by new members and little or no activity by existing members. The other 16 Ram and Alfa forums I follow the activity is primarily by existing members. It's just an observation that makes me wonder why.
